Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns? 

We currently do not accept returns, in case you received a faulty item, you can contact us at support@thehywy.com and we will make sure you're satisfied.

Do you accept refunds?
We only do accept refunds in case you received a faulty item or if you have any problems with your order, just send us an email at support@thehywy.com and we will make things right.
  • We will process your refund as soon as we're able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
  • Refunds may only be issued within 15 days of the first purchase date. After 15 days no refunds can be processed.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary. 

Cancellations:

We start the creation process 24 hours after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 24 hours upon purchase. After the 24 hours have passed, the cancellations window closes and we cannot cancel the order.
